Currency One USD (USD1) is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the United States dollar. Currency One is the official custodian of Currency One USD. Currency One USD is issued by Kinesis Global Pty Ltd (“Kinesis Global”).
Kinesis Global Pty Ltd (“Kinesis Global”) is the Issuer of Currency One USD and is a registered Australia company and fully compliant with AUSTRAC. The Issuance of Currency One USD digital currency token by Kinesis Global is fully compliant under current Australia law and regulation. Furthermore, as the Australia regulatory environment for evolves for stablecoins, Kinesis Global will ensure it is duly licensed and compliant with the latest regulatory requirements.
